Expertise and Experience

The Netherlands Arbitration Institute has a list of names of some 400 people who have specific expertise and extensive experience in many areas.

Names of arbitrators who appear on the NAI General Panel of Arbitrators are only used in the context of the list procedure in an NAI arbitration. The general list will not be made available to third parties.
