Administration/role of the NAI

Impartiality and confidentiality are important aspects. As an independently operating body, the NAI will thus never go into the details of a case. Furthermore, arbitral decisions rendered under the auspices of the NAI will not be disclosed to third parties.

Neither will the NAI give any information to third parties regarding arbitrations which are or have been pending.

A number of arbitral decisions are published anonymously in the publications ‘Tijdschrift voor Arbitrage’ and ‘Bouwrecht’.
