Arbitration Clause

The NAI clause is a standard text which may be incorporated free of charge in business agreements. A specific clause can also be assessed.

In the event of a dispute, parties which do not have an arbitration agreement may still agree to NAI arbitration. They can then set out their agreement in the form of a compromis (submission agreement).
