Tekst NAI beding

Does the NAI also administer international arbitration?

Yes.

The Rules are flexible enough to render them suitable for national and international arbitration. They also meet the special demands of international arbitration: longer periods of time, nationality of arbitrators, language, decision according to the rules of law as opposed to amiable composition, applicable law and dissenting opinion.

For arbitration with non-Dutch parties, there is an English translation of the Arbitration Rules.

Disputes can be submitted to NAI arbitration by inserting an English, German or French translation of the NAI’s recommended arbitration clause in contracts with non-Dutch parties.
