How can someone get his or her name included in the General Panel of Arbitrators?


Names are placed on the General Panel of Arbitrators on the recommendation of a member of the Governing Board. Upon recommendation, a form is sent to the candidate requesting information such as personal details, expertise, experience, availability and knowledge of languages. This form is then used by the Governing Board to evaluate the application.
