NAI Jong Oranje: agenda
The next NAI Jong Oranje meeting will be held at the Peace Palace in The Hague on March 9, 2006. At this meeting, Brooks Daly (Permanent Court of Arbitration), Jurjen de Korte (Stibbe) and Gerard Kreijen (Loyens & Loeff) will present an introduction to the topic 'Arbitration of investment disputes'. The presentations are also specifically intended for those who are not (in actual practice) engaged in arbitration of investment disputes.

The third meeting of the workgroup was held on October 6, 2005 at the offices of Wijn & Stael Solicitors in Utrecht.
During this meeting, Marielle Koppenol-Laforce (solicitor at Houthoff Buruma Amsterdam) gave a presentation on the topic 'Arbitration and Private International Law'. The meeting ended with cocktails.

The second meeting of the workgroup took place on April 28, 2005 in Amsterdam at the offices of De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.
The theme of this meeting consisted of the proposals to review arbitration law. The topics arbitration agreement, interim provisions and challenges were briefly introduced by a number of workgroup committee members, with the opportunity for discussion afterwards. The meeting ended with cocktails.

The first NAI Jong Oranje meeting was held on December 8, 2004. During this meeting, a well-known mediation advocate, Prof. Mr A.F.M. Brenninkmeijer, held a discussion with the NAI chairman, Prof. Mr A.J. van den Berg.
