Administration/role of NAI

Impartiality and confidentiality are important aspects. As an independently operating body, the NAI will never go into the details of a case. Furthermore, decisions reached under the auspices of the NAI will not be disclosed to third parties.

Neither will the NAI give any information to third parties regarding any minitrial proceedings which are or have been pending.
