Text of Minitrial agreement
General
'Parties agree that all disputes arising in connection with the present contract or further contracts resulting therefrom shall be dealt with in accordance with the Minitrial Rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute before commencing court proceedings, arbitration or any other dispute resolution procedure.'
Minitrial followed by arbitration
'Parties agree that all disputes arising in connection with the present contract or further contracts resulting therefrom shall be dealt with in accordance with the Minitrial Rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute. If parties are unable to reach a decision in respect of these disputes in accordance with the Rules, these disputes will be settled at the request of either party in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute.'
Minitrial in respect of an existing dispute
'Parties hereby refer the dispute(s) to minitrial in accordance with the Minitrial Rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute.'
Minitrial in respect of an existing dispute with subsequent arbitration
'Parties hereby refer the dispute(s) to minitrial in accordance with the Minitrial Rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute. If parties fail to reach a decision in respect of the dispute in accordance with the Rules, the dispute will be settled at the request of either party in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute.'
