Commencement of minitrial proceedings

Minitrial proceedings will commence with the filing of a request with the NAI secretariat. No specific form is required for this request.

The request will contain, amongst other things, a brief and clear description of the dispute and of the applicant’s claim. Ideally, the request will also include the name of the director who is appointed by the applicant as a member of the Minitrial Board.
