Appointment of the Minitrial Board

The Minitrial Board will consist of three members: a mediator and a director appointed by each of the parties.

As a general rule, the mediator is appointed by mutual agreement of the parties involved.

If parties cannot reach agreement about the appointment, the Rules contain provisions for an appointment procedure. The mediator will lead the minitrial proceedings.
