Meeting

The parties will be given an opportunity to elaborate on their contentions orally in a closed hearing.

The mediator has the authority to impose time limits on the parties or may ask questions of the representatives of the parties during the hearing with a view to clarifying any issues. The mediator may have discussions with the board as a whole or with the individual members with a view to consulting them.
