Mediation

Immediately after the hearing, the Minitrial Board will meet with the intention of reaching a settlement. The mediator may also hold private discussions with the members of the Minitrial Board for this purpose.

Anything the mediator is told by or on behalf of the members separately in the context of those discussions is strictly confidential.
