Arbitral awards made under the auspices of the NAI are not disclosed to third parties. One of the advantages of arbitration is that it is confidential.
However, a number of arbitral awards are published (anonymously) in the ‘Tijdschrift voor Arbitrage’ (journal on arbitration). Parties may file an objection to this.
